ARD V14 - Network Installation Hotfix

When you try to access the network license from the client workstations, you select the network server and click OK - no error is displayed and the install license screen pops back up.

This is a problem only for customers who downloaded ARD V14 before 21 June 2013.

Options to corrrect this are:

  • download and install the latest version of the software from the downloads portal again, or:
  • running this network hotfix:  This must be applied to each client workstation where the problem exists.

Version: ARD V14.01, installed downloaded before 21 June 2013.
