CSD Labels No Longer Display

Issue

You created CSD Labels (applying CSD Label Styles) and they did display.  After various edits, the labels no longer display even after running Synchronise.

Resolution

We let users 'delete' the labels - when that happens we store a record of the label and flag it as 'non-visible'.

There are a few actions that can put the label into a 'deleted' state, one of which is changing the text style, then undoing. All of your labels are flagged as 'deleted'. These can be 'undeleted' manually, however the deletes are held in a file.

Please do the following:

  1. Close your CAD software
  2. Start Windows Explorer
  3. Navigate to the folder containing your design (eg...\Design Folder\Design Model-Data)
  4. Enter that folder and then open the folder called Labelling
  5. Go into the folder called Deleted - the file in there named deleted.txt is a text file containing
  6. Restart the CAD software and open the drawing
  7. Run the label Synchronise command and labels will be restored.
