A new command has been added onto the VGE which allows the user to Lock or Unlock a Kerb Return or Cul-de-sac.

In conjunction with this 2 circles are drawn in the drawing to identify which alignment has been 'locked'.

These circles are drawn on the layer ARDLockedKerbs.

It has been reported that when this command is used, ARDLockedKerbs becomes the 'current' layer.

The Software Development Team has been alerted to this and a 'hot-fix' will be issued shortly, so that the 'current' layer is not altered.

Version: ARD 2013.02 & 2012.04 & 2011.19
