Version: ARD 2012 or greater (.Net)

After installing a new version of ARD, an error window may occur indicating that the "...\Common\Common-10" folder does not exist.

Users should check the ARDNETInitialise.INI file.  In some instance the DefaultSettings file may be missing or incorrectly set causing the above issue.

This INI file can be found at:

Windows XP:  C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\CSS\ARD\Settings\yyyy

Windows 7: C:\ProgramData\CSS\ARD\Settings\yyyy

where yyyy is the Year corresponding to the version of CAD you are using.

The line should read: DefaultSettings=1 Metric Units, Left of Centreline (CCW).DEF or similar.

If users have created there own DefaultSettings file, this should be used.

Editing this file is not encouraged - users should take a copy beforehand.
