To help us resolve the issue and get you up and running as quickly as possible, please include the following information.

• The name, year and version of the Software
• Your serial number
• MAC Address (http://support.civilsurveysolutions.com.au/index.php?/default_import/Knowledgebase/Article/View/48/1/how-to-obtain-your-machines-mac-address-and-host-name)
• Please note
  •  Standalone license - Please include that Machine's MAC address
  • Network license - Please include the License Server's MAC address
