My Hec-Ras Menu isn't Displaying

In Civil Site Design V16.1, you select to include the Hec-Ras Exension however the menu does not display. An issued was uncovered in the installer, which only affects Civil 3d 2016 users. If you have opted to include the Hec-Ras extension and the menu does not display, run the following hot fix to correct the problem:
After running the hotfix the Hec-Ras menu should display upon restart of Civil 3D 2016. http://www.civilsurveysolutions.com.au/downloads/ARD/CSDV161forC3D2016-MenuHotFix-Setup.exe
