License Activation Error Infralution

If you encounter an error when activating a license, please submit a Ticket (http://support.civilsurveysolutions.com.au/index.php?/default_import/Tickets/Submit)

To help us resolve the issue and get you up and running as quickly as possible, please include the following information.

  • The name, year and version of the Software
  • Your serial number
  • A screen shot of the error you receive
  • A copy of the license file you were promted to save if the Authentication Server (refer image below) could not be contacted. Click Yes and save that file somewhere easy to get to. Then send us that file. (We cannot create license files from MAC address anymore, without this file we cannot create you a license file)
